Welcome to Craig Adams

Watching the tunnel house take shape and the prototype trials get underway at the new Superior Innovation HUB, spending time with advisors to better understand the challenges facing our clients, meeting product suppliers and working with the greater team who together deliver customised fertiliser solutions to you, it has been a whirlwind first three months in the job.
  
I was drawn to the business by the strong long-term relationships Superior has built with its farmer clients, the attitude to embrace change, to never stop questioning and to work from science-based thinking.

Previously, I worked for teams such as The NZ Merino Company and First Light Wagyu. Businesses passionate about exploring new opportunities, new ideas, unafraid of challenging the way things have always been done in search of better outcomes.

Superior is aligned with that thinking, driven to provide long term economic and environmentally sustainable solutions to the challenges our clients are facing on farm. 

We have a dynamic team of dedicated staff here, people who genuinely care for their clients, who want to see them succeed and work hard to add value. I'm proud to be a part of that team.
